Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Shipping is free on all orders to the United States and Canada, and every order includes a tracking number. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Can I return an item if it doesn’t fit or if I don’t like it?
Yes. You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging. Email info@lunarafi.com with your order number to start a return. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. See our Return and Refund Policy.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also track your package on our Order Tracking Page.
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a size chart. If you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size. Still unsure? Email info@lunarafi.com and we will help you.

Is my payment secure?
Yes. Our checkout uses SSL encryption and payments are processed by trusted payment providers. We do not store your card details.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping takes 6–10 business days, so the total delivery time is 7–13 business days to the United States and Canada. See our Shipping Policy.
